Join a selection committee.

Generally speaking, committee members meet once or twice a semester to help our genre editors narrow down the submission pool each semester. Joining a committee is a perfect way to get a glimpse of what it’s like to work for Atlantis without a major time commitment.
That being said, due to some recent feedback from our volunteers, we are currently in the process of creating some additional opportunities for our committee members to be involved—so stay tuned! 👀

Our current committee teams are Fiction, Creative Nonfiction, Poetry, Art, and Photography. You can join as many committees as you like!

Yes! However, if you are in attendance during the committee meeting where your piece is being discussed, you agree to relinquish your right to anonymity in regard to your submission. You also cannot stay in the room when the committee discusses your submission.
